On May 7, in the midst of the COVID-19 global pandemic, I had the opportunity to virtually sit down with Robyn Hannah, senior director of global communications at Dynamic Signal to talk about how the strongest brands are protecting and strengthening their reputation through adversity by putting their stated values into practice.

Adversity doesn’t build character. It reveals it. That idea can be applied to how the current crisis impacts brand image. The coronavirus (COVID-19) is showing if organizations truly live by the words of their mission statements and put people first.
